One of the first castings, this "artists proof" has a few imperfections and is therefore available at a lower cost to you! All of the castings have slight imperfections and maintain a hand-made feel. This one in particular has a few more. You can see them in the photos.
Conception began with the building of a non-ceramic model which was then made into a mold. Then ultra-white fine porcelain is slip cast, the triple-apature top is created and it's high-fired to cone 6. The porcelain vitrifies and becomes non-porous. The interior is glazed in a creamy matte-white. This vessel is double sided with babies everywhere!
Beautifully displayed on it's own or use as a vase for your favorite flowers.
